Job Responsibilities

The selected candidate will be part of the IT & FM FinApps team, specifically focused on Murex support. A variety of critical responsibilities will be entrusted to the consultant, including but not limited to:

• Supporting business teams during requirements gathering and test activities.
• Leading design, build, testing, and rollout processes from end-to-end.
• Ensuring clear and consistent communication across teams to facilitate successful Murex functionalities.
• Documenting and reviewing requirements for Back Office, interfaces, and reporting projects.
• Finalizing Design documents with stakeholder input.
• Crafting and executing User Acceptance Test cases in collaboration with business teams.
• Constructing Murex Back Office, interfaces, and reporting modules as needed.
• Conducting non-regression tests on Mxtest environments.
• Participating in the test/go-live document sign-off processes.
• Supporting User Acceptance Tests, ensuring comprehensive testing before live deployment.
• Upholding compliance with regulatory requirements throughout various project phases.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be considered for the IT Murex Consultant role, candidates should possess:

• A university degree in a relevant field such as finance, economics, or business administration.
• A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience working with Murex financial systems, particularly within banking environments.
• At least 4 years of practical experience in Back Office implementation.
• Experience with reporting modules, interfacing projects, and Mxtest non-regression testing, each spanning a minimum of 5 years.
• Profound knowledge of the Murex financial system, including functional aspects related to Fixed Income, Money Markets, Interest Rate Swaps, Cross Currency Swaps, and Foreign Exchange derivatives.
