A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related IT field, preferably from a STEM program.
Previous experience in software development, quality assurance, or related fields is preferred but not mandatory.
Familiarity with programming languages such as Java, Python, or others is essential.
Basic understanding of QA processes, especially with Java and related technologies.
