Role Overview: Digital Growth Marketing Manager

The Digital Growth Marketing Manager at LawnStarter plays a vital role in driving customer acquisition and enhancing brand reputation. The selected candidate will manage key acquisition and growth channels, focusing on improving lead quality, optimizing cost-per-lead, and ensuring outstanding customer experiences across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Channel Management: The manager will supervise lead acquisition efforts, concentrating on optimizing digital channel performance to boost brand visibility. This includes mastering partnership, affiliate, and local listing channels to widen customer engagement.

Customer Success Oversight: Leading the partner success team, the role demands ensuring high service quality, achieving key performance milestones, and reinforcing relationships with top lead partners.

Reputation and Review Management: Responsible for managing ratings and reviews, this role entails actively responding to customer feedback to foster a positive brand image.

Pro Acquisition Management: The manager will oversee posting activities across channels to support pro acquisition, maintaining consistent signup momentum.
