Required Skills

A degree in Electrical, Control, or Automation Engineering or a related field.
Proven experience leading design delivery of control systems specifically in an industrial automation context.
Strong knowledge of ICA (Instrumentation, Control & Automation) design, along with practical experience in PLC, SCADA, and associated systems.
In-depth understanding of motor control systems integration into industrial processes.
Familiarity with fieldbus/communication networks, such as Profibus, Modbus, and Ethernet/IP.
Knowledge of P&ID's and the ability to work effectively with process engineers.
Expertise in ATEX installation practices, ensuring solutions adhere to safety standards in hazardous environments.
A solid understanding of functional safety standards, including IEC 61508/61511.
Experience crafting User Requirement Specifications (URS) and Functional Design Specifications (FDS).
Strong project management capabilities, including resource management and schedule development to meet deadlines.
Excellent communication skills for articulating complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
