  • Regional Coordination: As part of this role, collaboration with the Enablement Regional Leads and Revenue Leaders across different regions (EMEA & APAC) is crucial for the successful implementation of the onboarding program.

  • Curriculum Architecture: This involves creating a solid onboarding curriculum, action maps, and structured learning pathways across different platforms.

  • Cohort Operations: The Lead will manage logistics for the onboarding cohorts, ensuring smooth scheduling, enrollment, and execution of calls and graduation milestones.

  • Facilitation & Workshop Leadership: Direct involvement in the training sessions is required, including leading and co-facilitating high-impact sessions with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs).

  • SME & Manager Enablement: The Lead will also create materials for train-the-trainer sessions and support managers with the resources they need to guide new hires effectively.

  • Cross-Functional Optimization: Continuous integration of platform enhancements and other business initiatives into the onboarding process will be part of the job.

  • Measurement & Feedback: The candidate will establish feedback loops and track critical metrics to gauge the effectiveness of the onboarding program, aiming for continuous improvement.

Required Skills & Qualifications

The company is looking for candidates with the following qualifications:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in Sales Enablement or Revenue/Sales Onboarding, preferably within the AdTech, Martech, Media, or B2B SaaS sectors.

  • Proven expertise in creating and scaling global onboarding initiatives across various time zones.

  • Familiarity with AI tools for workflow improvement, content creation, and process optimization.

  • A strong understanding of Sales Methodologies such as MEDDPICC and modern enablement tools.

  • Exceptional program management capabilities, allowing the candidate to keep track of multiple schedules and stakeholder engagements seamlessly.

  • Solid experience in creating workshop materials and comprehensive facilitator guides. Familiarity with authoring tools like Articulate, Vyond, and Camtasia is advantageous.

  • Strong communication skills to foster collaboration with various stakeholders, including leadership and SMEs.

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation for this role has a base salary range of $98,823 to $117,000 CAD, specifically for candidates based in Ontario, Canada.
