Job Responsibilities

As a Lead R&D Data Scientist, your main responsibilities will include:

Required Qualifications

The ideal candidate for this position should meet the following qualifications:

  • A Ph.D. or equivalent industry experience in Computer Science, Statistics, Data Science, Computational Biology, or a related field.

  • A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in data science and statistical methods, especially those applied to large biomedical datasets.

  • Proven ability to work within a collaborative technical team, demonstrating strong software engineering practices.

Salary Information

The salary range for this position is $100,000 to $155,000 annually, with all offers depending on the candidate's skills and prior experience, applicable degrees or certifications, and internal equity. The position is also eligible for an annual bonus under the Labcorp Bonus Plan, dependent on corporate and business performance as well as individual metrics. Additionally, compensation may include discretionary short- and long-term incentive packages.
