Role Responsibilities

  • Coordination with departments such as Recruiting, Credentialing, Clinical Onboarding, Leadership, and HR Operations to ensure a seamless compliance process.

  • Ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements, including background checks, accurate job descriptions, completion of employee orientation, health screenings, credential verifications, and training documentation.

  • Conducting periodic audits of employee files to maintain data accuracy and completeness.

  • Providing HR compliance training and developing policies to ensure compliance with organizational standards.

Required Qualifications

To be considered for this leadership position, candidates are expected to have the following qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience is required, while a Master's degree in a healthcare-related field is preferred.

  • At least three years of management experience overseeing multiple direct reports.



  • Experience in HR functions within a healthcare setting is also preferred, with certifications like PHR or SPHR being beneficial.

  • Preferred experience in organizations with TJC or CARF accreditation.

  • Candidates must demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, and a problem-solving orientation.
