Job Responsibilities

The responsibilities associated with this role include:

• Managing delivery, people, quality, and processes for one of Leadtech’s web products.

• Collaborating closely with the Product team to align the development roadmap.

• Defining and implementing software development best practices, including CI/CD, automated testing, code reviews, and security measures.

• Tracking metrics to evaluate application health, performance, and software quality.

• Assessing the technical feasibility of new projects and providing recommendations.

• Enhancing team unity to foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment.

Ideal Candidate Profile

Candidates applying for this position are expected to possess the following qualifications and skills:

• Proven leadership experience (over 4 years) in managing Backend, Frontend, DevOps, and QA teams.

• Previous hands-on experience in BE/FE Web development, specifically with Typescript, NodeJs, and React.

• Familiarity with cloud computing services like AWS or GCP.

• Capability to manage multiple aspects of project delivery, including quality control and best practices in software development.

• Comfort working in fast-paced and dynamic environments.

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills to promote effective collaboration.

• Fluency in English is mandatory; knowledge of Spanish is a plus.
