Responsibilities

  • Funnel Management: Monitor client hiring funnels for performance, identify areas where the process may be lagging, and suggest necessary enhancements.

  • Community Insights: Your role will also require you to translate insights from the Leopard community, enabling clients to understand what candidates seek in their future roles and workplaces.

  • Workflow Optimization: Work closely with the Head of Ops to streamline workflows and enhance the use of technology, utilizing tools like Airtable, Zapier, and other low-code solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Leopard.FYI is looking for individuals who possess:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in technical recruiting, ideally in tech startups.
  • Strong customer relationship management skills and the ability to work efficiently under pressure while managing large pipelines.

Compensation and Benefits

This unprecedented role offers an On-Target Earnings (OTE) compensation structure between $100K – $170K.
