Role Overview

The position is for an Inbound Sales Team Supervisor, which requires overseeing, coaching, and inspiring a team of 6-8 inbound sales representatives. This role combines team leadership, operational oversight, and hands-on coaching to ensure high service delivery and team performance. Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership and Development

  • Conduct regular one-on-ones to provide feedback, address challenges, and support team growth.
  • Review calls, texts, and email follow-ups to supply actionable insights for improvement.
  • Assist in hiring, onboarding, and training new team members effectively.
  • Cultivate a team culture centered on accountability, first-class hospitality, and continuous improvement.

Operational Excellence

  • Manage day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth workflows and no missed opportunities.
  • Track and analyze performance metrics to uphold a high winning rate and low error rates.
  • Identify and rectify operational challenges promptly by collaborating cross-functionally to implement solutions.

Sales Performance Improvement

  • Coach team members toward effective deal closures, driving higher win rates month-over-month.
  • Provide training on sales frameworks, techniques, and best practices.
  • Conduct regular call reviews to celebrate successes and identify areas needing improvement.

Data-Driven Decision-Making

  • Generate and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
  • Utilize key metrics and trends to guide business decisions and align strategies with objectives.

Required Qualifications

Candidates must have proven experience leading and developing sales teams in inbound, call-based B2C sales environments, with more than 5 years in sales, including at least 2 years in a team management role. Other required qualifications include:



  • Being based in LATAM.
  • A demonstrated ability to drive team engagement, improve performance, and achieve sales targets.
  • Exceptional organizational and operational management skills.
  • Strong analytical capabilities and experience using data for informed decision-making.
