In this role, you will collaborate with various clients via phone and web meetings, providing ongoing application administration and consulting support for those utilizing Veeva Align. You will act as a key member of the Managed Services team and a subject matter expert for Veeva Align, focused primarily on post-implementation processes in the life sciences sector. ## Responsibilities The responsibilities of the Managed Services Consultant include but are not limited to: - Post-Go-Live Support & Managed Services: Offering expert consulting and administrative support to multiple Veeva Align clients post-implementation. - Managing quarterly territory alignment and targeting execution, including impact analysis, configuration, communication, and change management. - Maintaining data accuracy and managing large datasets related to territory alignment and roster management for integration with CRM and other systems. - Consulting on best practices tailored to individual customer needs and incorporating new Veeva Align functionalities into their business processes. - Creating custom reports and dashboards and troubleshooting client-reported issues. - Developing and nurturing client relationships, setting expectations, and ensuring effective communication. - Contributing to internal initiatives and best practice development, promoting a culture aligned with Veeva's core values. ## Required Skills Candidates are required to possess the following skills and qualifications: - A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience. - Experience working remotely and independently to support multiple clients. - Proficiency in data management and process analysis, ideally familiar with MS Excel for smaller datasets and MS Access or SQL for larger datasets. - Strong verbal and written communication skills, as the role involves direct client interaction. - Legal authorization to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship. ## Preferred Qualifications While not mandatory, the following qualifications are considered advantageous: - A minimum of 2 years of experience with Sales Territory Alignment Software or territory alignments within a CRM, with Salesforce.com experience being particularly favored. - Knowledge and applicable work experience in the Pharmaceutical / Life Sciences industry. - Understanding of business knowledge concerning sales and marketing territory alignments and planning in the sales cycle. - Familiarity with Master Data Management systems and technical disciplines such as Web Services, ETL, SQL, and Force.com. - Consulting experience related to Veeva applications like Veeva CRM, Vault CRM, or Veeva Network MDM. ## Compensation Veeva Systems offers a competitive salary range for this position, listed as $70,000 - $140,000 per year. Actual salaries may vary based on factors such as experience, location, and individual qualifications.
