Performance Communication: Regularly communicate with wholesalers and the Commercial Director regarding results, priorities, and program updates, ensuring transparency and alignment.
Management of Sales Processes: Directly oversee the development of the Commercial plan and manage critical processes such as Pricing strategy development, Forecasting Reviews, and Wholesaler Joint Business Plans (WJBP).
Sales Oversight: Ensure a comprehensive management approach to wholesaler relationships, including their planning, performance evaluation, and routine check-ins.
Market Insights and Tools Utilization: Leverage analytical tools and market insights to drive result-oriented strategies while managing pilot projects as needed.
To qualify for this role, candidates should ideally possess the following:
A Bachelor’s Degree, highly preferred.
Local residency in Grand Junction, CO is a must.
A minimum of 3+ years of sales and/or marketing experience in the beverage or consumer package goods sectors.
Strong customer service and communication proficiency to build and maintain external relationships.
Demonstrated ability to thrive in a competitive and dynamic work environment while managing time effectively.
Highly self-motivated individuals who can influence and negotiate effectively with partners and internal teams.
Proficiency in analytical tools including PowerPoint, Excel, and various internal systems, alongside a solid understanding of syndicated data.
The salary range for this role is $104,800 - $124,450, with additional eligibility for bonuses and long-term incentives. AB InBev offers an attractive benefits package that includes:
