Content Strategy and Creation: As part of your responsibilities, you will develop and supervise the content strategy for digital channels (email & app), ensuring it aligns with brand messaging and campaign goals. Website Operations & Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Working closely with the Director of Growth Marketing, you will optimize website content and structure for search engines (SEO). Utilizing a content management system (CMS) to execute regular content updates, including building new landing pages, will also be among your tasks. You should continuously search for ways to optimize both conversion rates and the overall customer experience on the website.
Paid Media Management: Collaborating with the Director of Growth Marketing to optimize paid media campaigns for maximum ROI will be essential in this role, ensuring that CrossFit’s marketing budget is utilized effectively.
Collaboration with Stakeholders: Building a cooperative working relationship with internal teams—including sales, product, social, and customer service—will be pivotal to align digital marketing efforts with overall business goals. Thus, fostering strong cross-functional collaboration will be critical for successful campaign execution.
To be successful in this role, candidates will need the following skills:
Candidates are expected to possess a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. Additionally, previous experience of 3+ years in email marketing is preferred, particularly within the health and fitness industry.
