Job Role

Title: Manager, Finance Systems

The Manager, Finance Systems will be key in developing and managing the finance operations and technology in place to support Dandy's expanding business model. The initial focus will be on enhancing Dandy's NetSuite environment while gradually expanding to include other finance systems relevant to procurement, order processing, and financial reporting. The position reports to the Head of Finance Systems and involves driving efficiency and automation while supporting scalability in finance operations.

Responsibilities

The responsibilities of the Manager, Finance Systems encompass a variety of significant functions crucial to the effective operation of the company:

  • Building and Shaping the Finance Systems Function: You will play a vital role in defining the structural organization and vision of a high-performance finance systems team. This involves defining roles, responsibilities, and growth paths as the team within Dandy evolves.

  • Creating Scalable Solutions: Defining, building, and optimizing tools and processes will be critical to how Dandy utilizes its finance systems. This includes establishing benchmarks for system configuration, data management, integrations, and reporting practices.

  • Implementing Best Practices: It's essential to establish and enforce best practices for system configuration and management across all finance systems to ensure efficiency and data integrity.
