Required Skills

To qualify for this role, candidates must possess the following:

  • More than four years of relevant experience in a consulting environment, particularly in change management and strategic communication.
  • Proficiency in managing change associated with technology-driven transformations.
  • A solid understanding of emerging technologies and best practices that inform effective change management.
  • A Bachelor's degree in a related field; candidates with an MBA or Master’s degree are preferred.
  • Strong communication, presentation, organization, and project leadership skills, along with the ability to influence and engage various stakeholders.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this position is CA$135,000 - CA$155,000, which varies based on individual qualifications, experience, and other relevant factors such as local labor market conditions. Furthermore, candidates can expect a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
