Job Description

As a Manager, People Systems, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the administration, maintenance, and ongoing development of Workday, an essential tool within the company. You will be the first point of contact for Workday support, collaborating closely with various key stakeholders to ensure the system's growth, scalability, and seamless functionality. Your responsibilities include handling enhancements and maintenance for several Workday modules, including Core HCM, Time/Absence, Talent, and Benefits.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary support contact for Workday.
• Partner independently with the People Team for continuous system enhancements.
• Project manage upcoming Phase X implementations and upgrades.
• Provide regular support by auditing and generating custom reports and dashboards.
• Collaborate with Security and IT teams to scale processes.
• Create and maintain Workday job aids and guides for users.
• Manage a small team of Workday contractors, overseeing their workloads and contracts.
• Own and manage vendor relationships, including interactions with external AMS teams and Workday contracting agencies.

Required Qualifications

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:

• 5+ years of experience with Workday administration (including HCM, Advanced Comp, Talent, etc.) and HR practices.
• A minimum of 2+ years of management experience.
• Keen enthusiasm for systems and process improvement, alongside strong communication skills.
• Excellent critical thinking, organizational, and interpersonal skills with the ability to maintain confidentiality.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office and Gsuite, along with Mac competencies.
• Ability to navigate a fast-paced environment while exercising strong judgment within established HR policies.

Salary Range

The base salary for this full-time position is competitive, ranging from $120,000 to $200,000. This range is reflective of the minimum and maximum targets for new hires across all US locations, and it takes into account factors such as relevant experience, skills, location, and education. Additionally, there are opportunities for incentive compensation, equity, and a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as a 401k plan.
