  • Oversee the development and dissemination of standard build patterns, pipelines, and templates.
  • Provide regular updates on the status of platform delivery, highlighting risks and key performance indicators.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, candidates should possess:

  • A bachelor’s degree in computer science, management information systems, engineering, business, or a related field. Alternatively, five years of relevant technical and leadership experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
  • A minimum of seven years of experience in infrastructure engineering across multiple platforms such as cloud, virtualization, and storage.
  • At least three years of experience leading initiatives focused on platform delivery, automation, or infrastructure modernization.
  • A minimum of two years of experience in people leadership, managing both technical staff and cross-border teams.
  • Proven experience in delivering Infrastructure as Code (IaC), automation pipelines, or standard build practices.
  • Previous experience working in healthcare, insurance, or other regulated industries is preferred.
  • Familiarity with Agile or SAFe delivery models is advantageous.
  • Knowledge of the Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) v4 or later is required.
