Required Qualifications

Candidates for the Manager of Supplier Performance role must meet the following basic qualifications:

  • A bachelor's degree in engineering, supply chain, business, or a related field is preferred.
  • A minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in manufacturing or engineering, ideally within the Aerospace industry.
  • Essential program/project management skills.
  • A technical background is preferred, particularly in project or program management.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both internal and external stakeholders at various management levels.
  • Capability to manage multiple tasks concurrently, prioritize responsibilities, and work under pressure to meet deadlines.
  • Willingness to travel 25% - 50% of the time to engage with suppliers internationally.
