Minimum Qualifications
Applicants must meet one of the following educational and experience requirements:
A Bachelor's degree in an analytics-related field (Statistics, Mathematics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Finance, Business Management, or Economics) complemented by at least four years of relevant experience in data analysis.
A Bachelor's degree in a non-related field but with six years of relevant experience directly relating to data analysis. Additional experience without a formal related degree can also be taken into account if the applicant demonstrates a robust skill set and considerable experience.
Required Skills
The candidate should have:
Advanced SQL skills, particularly in Oracle and Databricks, alongside knowledge of database design and data modeling.
Proficiency in Python for process automation and ability to work with data engineers for system integration through APIs.
Capability to plan and implement A/B testing strategies for marketing and communication campaigns.
Experience in generating visually appealing and consumer-friendly reports and dashboards, utilizing tools like Cognos or Tableau.
Strong communication skills—both verbal and written.
Subject matter expertise within healthcare data domains, such as Clinical Programs, Compliance, or Revenue Cycle.
A lifelong learning mindset, embracing a collaborative approach to challenges.
Familiarity with website analytics systems (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics) to evaluate digital marketing efficacy.
