Role Overview

As a Lyra Care Therapist, you will engage in providing short-term evidence-based treatment through live video sessions. Your tasks may include:

Required Skills & Qualifications

To qualify for this role, the following skills and experiences are required:

• Master’s degree from a clinical track (e.g., MSW, MFT, MC, MMHC).
• An unrestricted license such as LCSW, LMFT, LPC, PsyD, PhD, or equivalent, which permits independent work without supervision.
• Experience in providing evidence-based treatments (e.g., ACT, CBT, DBT).
• Familiarity with managing clinical crises and facing various client needs, from mild to severe situations.
• Comfort in providing telehealth therapy services, although prior experience isn’t mandatory.
• Proficiency in computer use and live video tools (e.g., Zoom, Google Meets).
• Capacity to handle a full clinical caseload, potentially booking up to 30 clients weekly.
