Hyland is currently seeking a Mid Full-Stack Developer interested in furthering their development within the DevOps area. The role supports the Cloud Engineering team, engaging in various dynamic activities.
The role involves developing code based on functional specifications, identifying opportunities for refactoring, and architectural improvements. Testing the code to verify it meets technical specifications is crucial before submitting it to code review. The developer will also create and apply automated tests to software changes, contribute to software development methodology standards, perform complex peer code reviews, and support moderately complex production issues to ensure application stability.
Successful candidates should have a good command of English (B2 level minimum), at least 3 years of experience as a developer, and be proficient in Java, with Python or JavaScript as additional skills. Experience with IaC, AWS, and testing frameworks like GitHub Actions or Jenkins is desirable, along with a firm grasp of data structures, algorithms, and software design. The role requires strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
