Required Skills

To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following minimum requirements:

  • Must be a U.S. citizen and able to pass a background check.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent (10 years of work experience may substitute for education).
  • 3-5 years of experience in a related role.
  • Proficiency in Articulate 360 Storyline and Rise, including the ability to create linear and branching simulations.
  • Experience with audio and video editing (using tools such as Adobe Premiere, After Effects, Audition).
  • Solid understanding of Graphic Design incorporating Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Experience collaborating with teams in a cross-functional production environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Background in working with instructional designers for adult learning projects is a plus.

Preferred qualifications include prior work with the federal government and experience in an agile project environment.



Salary and Benefits

Salary for this role will vary based on numerous factors including education, experience, and market pitch. The expected compensation range provided by Team Carney for this position is generally between $60,000 - $80,000 USD. As the role is part-time, employees will receive a prorated salary based on hours worked.
