Years of Experience: Applicants should have 2–4 years of experience in writing help center, knowledge base, or technical support content, ideally within a customer experience (CX) or Business-to-Business (B2B) context.
Writing and Editing Skills: A strong aptitude for writing and editing is essential, particularly a talent for breaking down complex subject matter into easily digestible content.
Familiarity with CMS: Experience with content management systems such as Zendesk, WordPress, or other similar platforms is necessary.
