  • Maintain the security posture of Telent's infrastructure using centralized authentication solutions such as ISE, along with Cisco Umbrella and FTD/ASA firewalls to mitigate potential vulnerabilities.

  • Perform ongoing Business-as-Usual (BAU) activities like managing software updates and overseeing certificate operations.

  • Utilize monitoring platforms such as Cisco ThousandEyes and Catalyst Centre to ensure optimal functionality of network systems.

  • Manage vendor contracts and third-party relationships essential for supportive operations within the organization.

  • Contribute to the delivery of security architectures and strategies that align with broader enterprise and IS/IT architecture initiatives.

  • Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies, delivering proof-of-value environments that align with organizational projects.

  • Participate in a 24/7 on-call support rotation, ensuring the network's resilience and operational continuity.

Qualifications and Skills

To qualify for this position, candidates should demonstrate the following key skills and experience:

  • A CCNP Security or CCNP Enterprise Infrastructure certification is required, showcasing expertise in cornerstone network technologies and security provisions.
