The ideal candidate for the Field Compliance Supervisor position will possess the following:
Certification in NRSWA (National Road Traffic Act), specifically at the Supervisor Level.
Documented experience in overseeing civils, poling, or cable gangs within the telecom industry, or a similar background in construction supervision.
Desirable certifications such as SA001A for overhead safety.
Basic skills and knowledge in cabling, including skills in rod, rodding, and rope.
A full clean UK driving license.
Understanding of environmental legislation and compliance measures.
Experience with conducting surveys or assessments in a related field.
IOSH Managing Safely certification is required to obtain within the first three months.
Able and willing to commit to overtime as required.
