List Growth & Loyalty

  • Develop and manage strategies for growing email and SMS lists, including onsite capture and lead magnets.
  • Work on converting new subscribers into first-time customers.
  • Manage retention programs to boost repeat purchasing and enhance long-term customer value.
  • Identify opportunities to build closer customer relationships through educational content and community initiatives.

Shopify & Ecommerce Support

  • Work within Shopify to support lifecycle initiatives, understanding how products and landing pages are managed.

  • Collaborate with conversion rate optimization (CRO) efforts to increase conversion rates and AOV.

Required Skills and Qualifications
