Allara is currently seeking board-certified Nurse Practitioners to deliver comprehensive and empathetic care to women. As a telemedicine practitioner, you would be responsible for diagnosing, treating, and managing chronic and acute medical conditions. Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop personalized treatment plans through video consultations.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the delivery of high standards of care, effectively integrating diverse viewpoints and specialties into patient care.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, adhering to company policies and best practices concerning documentation.

To be considered for this role, candidates need to meet the following qualifications:
At least 2 years of consecutive experience as a Nurse Practitioner, focusing on women’s health and addressing chronic conditions such as PCOS, Endometriosis, Hypothyroidism, and more.
Independence in practice with strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills, capable of effectively managing patient care without direct supervision.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with an emphasis on clarity and compassion.
A strong ability to connect with patients through a virtual platform, providing empathetic and quality care regardless of distance.
A commitment to evidence-based care, ensuring treatments are aligned with current research and standards in healthcare.
Technical proficiency in utilizing telemedicine tools and navigating multiple computer screens, including EMR systems, email applications, and video conferencing software.
Experience in telemedicine is considered an advantage, though not mandatory.
Candidates must hold an active, unrestricted, and unencumbered professional license in at least one U.S. state. All licenses must be disclosed during the application process, and hiring decisions will be influenced by the current needs of the organization related to state licensing.
Competitive Annual Base Salary: The salary is in the range of $120,000 - $130,000, with the potential to increase up to $172,500 - $182,500 through an incentive compensation program based on relevant experience.
