Role Summary

Required Skills and Experience

• Three years of experience in a Functional HCM Lead role, especially in global, cross-pillar projects.
• Proven involvement in three Oracle Cloud HCM implementation projects or go-lives, ideally on a cross-pillar and global scale.

• Strong independent work ethic combined with a desire to contribute to team efforts.
• A bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline is essential.
