  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant industry experience in areas like Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Distribution.
  • Proficient verbal and written communication skills, particularly in needs analysis, value presentation, and the closing of sales.
  • Familiarity with the sales cycle in various software domains, including CRM, ERP, and Business analytics.
  • Experience with multiple applications is preferable, including Oracle e-Business Suite, PeopleSoft, SAP, Salesforce.com, among others.
  • Exceptional presentation and interpersonal skills, alongside a proven track record of increasing deal sizes and meeting sales quotas.
  • BS degree in a relevant field; advanced degrees are preferred.

Travel is required for this role, estimated to be 20% to 40% of your time.



Salary and Benefits

Oracle offers a competitive hiring range for the Senior Sales Consultant position, ranging from $63,000 to $159,100 annually or $30.29 to $76.49 per hour. This package may include opportunities for equity and commission. The estimated commission pay mix could range from 65/35 to 80/20.
