Job Responsibilities

As the Supervisor of Salesforce Development, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Leading the Salesforce Admin Team and overseeing day-to-day administration of Salesforce environments including Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.

  • Collaborating with various stakeholders to translate business needs into technical requirements.
  • Providing training and support for end users to ensure effective use of the Salesforce platform.
  • Assisting in defining and implementing Salesforce best practices and governance.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Candidates for this position should possess the following qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, business administration, or a closely related field.
  • Three years of software development experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Required certifications include Salesforce Administrator and Platform Developer I certification.

Compensation
