The successful candidate will engage in several critical activities:
Prospecting and Qualification: Identify and qualify potential lead generation and pipeline progression partners specifically for the North America Applications business.
Execution of Go-to-Market Programs: Develop and implement collaborative go-to-market programs with selected partners. This includes creating joint value propositions, enabling sales, and co-marketing initiatives.
Partner Lifecycle Management: Manage every aspect of the partnership lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to ongoing management and development.
Cross-Regional Collaboration: Work closely with counterparts in NA, EMEA, and APAC to maintain a comprehensive view of the partner ecosystem.
Sales Team Coordination: Serve as the primary point of contact for the sales teams across regions, guiding them on how to effectively engage with technology partner sellers to cultivate leads and facilitate opportunities.
Partnership Performance Management: Oversee partnerships in the context of the Applications pipeline and revenue goals, driving urgency and engagement with partners.
Internal Collaboration: Collaborate with various internal stakeholders such as Sales, Solutions Consulting, Marketing, and Product teams to support business development initiatives and ensure alignment of strategic objectives.
To succeed as a Partner Development Manager at Visier, candidates must demonstrate a robust skill set, including:
Experience: A minimum of 5 years in sales, business development, alliances/partner management, or partner activation. Familiarity with technology partners and programs is a plus.
