Experience: A minimum of 1 to 3 years in HR Shared Service Centre, specifically related to German Payroll.

Software Proficiency: Very good knowledge of SAP and advanced skills in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, for data analysis.
Language Skills: Fluency in German and English is necessary. Demonstrated proficiency in payroll administration and knowledge of relevant German laws is a prerequisite.
