Job Responsibilities

As a People Analytics Business Partner, you will take on significant responsibilities, which include but are not limited to the following:

  • Run Core People Operations Processes: Lead everyday HR operations specifically for the US and UK workforces. This includes managing payroll, maintaining employee records, tracking compliance, and administering benefits, all while emphasizing attention to detail.

  • Drive Programmatic Work: Play an integral role in overseeing people programs such as 360 performance reviews, regular feedback cycles, and employee lifecycle management. Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure these programs scale effectively across the organization.

  • Be a Strategic Partner: Serve as an essential thought partner for managers and leaders within the People team. Help bridge the gap between business priorities and people strategy, addressing complex issues stemming from rapid business growth.

  • Own Key Systems: Manage and optimize the use of platforms like Culture Amp and Rippling to ensure seamless and efficient workflows, in addition to maintaining accurate data for all employees.

  • Build with Scrappiness: Utilize your skills in spreadsheets and project management to develop processes, monitor trends, and push forward initiatives that may not yet be fully automated or resourced.

  • Support Culture and Change: Contribute to high-impact programs designed to reinforce company values while simultaneously enhancing the overall employee experience.

  • Communication and Judgement: Excellent communication skills along with strong judgment are crucial, enabling candidates to switch between strategic initiatives and tangible execution seamlessly.

Compensation

The compensation for this role ranges from $100,000 to $120,000 per year, contingent upon prior experience. Additionally, H1 offers stock options as part of the remuneration package.
