Job Overview

DocuSign’s People Operations team is seeking a Sr. People Operations Coordinator - LATAM to enhance employee experiences throughout the organization. In this role, you will collaborate closely with various HR functions to create a seamless and positive experience for both employees and candidates. This individual contributor position reports directly to the Sr. Lead of People Operations and is designed to have a direct impact on the overall employee experience, ensuring a workplace culture where all individuals feel valued and included.

Responsibilities

In this role, you will provide essential operational support to the People Team and other stakeholders. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering quality operational support related to HR management services.
  • Assisting with all stages of the employee lifecycle, which includes onboarding, employee file management, and offboarding.
  • Overseeing pre-hire processes, making sure all necessary documentation, including contracts and background checks, are thoroughly completed in English, Portuguese, and Spanish.
  • Identifying opportunities for streamlining HR processes to boost efficiency and enhance the employee experience.
  • Creating and maintaining both physical and electronic employee files.
  • Addressing inquiries related to HR policies, benefits, and other employee data.
  • Collaborating effectively with recruitment, payroll, benefits, HR business partners, IT, and other relevant departments as necessary.
  • Administering all statutory HR documentation and reporting requirements for Brazil and Mexico, ensuring timely communication with local authorities for employee enrollment and dis-enrollment.

Ideal Candidate Profile

Required Skills

To be considered for this position, candidates must possess the following essential qualifications:

  • Fluency in Portuguese, Spanish, and English, ensuring strong verbal and written communication capabilities.
  • A Bachelor's degree or relevant experience in a human resources-related field.
  • At least two years of experience in HR or recruiting within a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Thorough understanding of employment requirements, policies, and procedures specific to Brazil and Mexico.
  • Proficiency in Workday or similar HCM Systems.

Preferred Skills

Candidates with the following experience will have an added advantage:


  • Familiarity with the ServiceNow HR Ticketing system.
  • Strong experience in G-Suite applications, including Google Slides, Google Sheets, Excel, and Word.
  • Ability to operate independently, manage issues promptly, and focus on employee service.
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Capability to think creatively and thrive in a dynamic and high-volume work environment.
  • Sound judgment and discretion to maintain confidentiality when necessary.
