Responsibilities

The People Ops Generalist's responsibilities are diverse and integral to the overall operation of the HR department, including:

  • Managing the onboarding process from job acceptance through the initial 90 days of employment.

  • Administering employee health benefits while ensuring compliance and addressing any queries from employees.

  • Collaborating with relevant stakeholders to process employment changes in the HRIS, which includes overseeing personal information, system configurations, and payroll accuracies.

  • Offering consultation to managers about HR policies and procedures.

  • Facilitating current programs and perks aimed at improving employee experiences, alongside researching new initiatives that could enhance the company culture.

  • Partnering with the payroll team to ensure accuracy in payment processes.

  • Maintaining confidentiality and tact in handling sensitive information, which involves management of employee issues, including investigations and compliance with ADA and OSHA regulations.

  • Overseeing the off-boarding process to ensure timely communication and compliance with state-specific regulations.

Required Qualifications
