  • Acting as the operational backbone of the People team, ensuring that workflows are optimized and HR processes are executed seamlessly.
  • Leading engaging New Hire Welcome sessions to help integrate new team members into TradeCentric's culture.
  • Collaborating with Talent Acquisition to streamline the transition process from candidates to employees.
  • Partnering with Payroll to ensure accurate processing of compensation, benefits, and leave requests, maintaining compliance with all relevant laws.

In terms of Compliance and Governance, the manager will support necessary regulatory compliance filings or audits and will remain updated with federal and state employment regulations. This involves maintaining an expert-level understanding of employment-related laws and applying them consistently in day-to-day operations.

For the Data and Analytics segment, the People Operations Manager will manage employee data within Paylocity, ensuring its accuracy and compliance. Improvements and optimizations of existing HR systems (HRIS) will also be part of their responsibilities.

Managing Benefits Administration is key as well, where they will partner with benefits administrators to ensure the effective delivery of programs. This includes addressing any employee inquiries related to benefits, leave, and policies.

Lastly, the individual will engage with employees through initiatives designed to support well-being while fostering connections within both remote and in-person environments.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be considered for this role, candidates should possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in People Operations or HR roles. The skills required are diverse:

  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle confidential matters with professionalism.
  • A thorough understanding of employment laws and regulations.
  • Proficiency with HRIS systems (experience with Paylocity is preferred), and a quick adaptability to new technologies.

Preferred qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field and experience in the B2B SaaS or software + service businesses.



Compensation
