Onboarding Experience: You will be in charge of guiding new hires through a seamless onboarding experience, facilitating their smooth integration into the company. This involves coordinating various onboarding programs and ensuring that all necessary transitions are acknowledged and supported.
Employment Contracts Management: Overseeing the employment contracts process is crucial. You will be responsible for ensuring that the contract operations are maintained efficiently with an emphasis on accuracy and compliance.
HR Operations: You will maintain and update the Human Resource Information System (HRIS), manage Jira tickets, and consistently refine and enhance HR operational processes for better efficiency.
Key People Resources: Developing and maintaining employee handbooks, company policies, onboarding materials, and a well-organized digital filing system for all employee records will also fall under your purview.
Driving HR Improvements: Collaborating on various HR initiatives related to onboarding, offboarding, performance management, Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI), employee engagement, and retention will be a vital part of your role.
To be successful in this position, candidates must have:
A minimum of 2 years of experience in People Operations or Human Resources.
A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a closely related field.
Experience with compensation practices within a web3 company is preferred, especially in relation to token allocations.
Strong documentation skills that enable you to translate complex processes into clearly defined, actionable resources.
Familiarity with HRIS systems and strong organizational skills to keep operational records in good order.
Exceptional organizational and process management abilities conducive to thriving in structured environments, including the capacity to create efficient workflows.
Proven skills in building relationships across diverse teams and fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
Self-motivated and adaptable attitude, with the ability to work well independently and efficiently navigate changes.
Experience in the web3 industry is highly beneficial.
