Work Environment
This position offers flexibility as it can be executed remotely or potentially from Palo Alto, CA. The specifics of the work environment include:
For on-site roles, a presence in the office is required five days per week, while remote roles necessitate strong self-motivation.
The initial work schedule will be from 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. PST for the first two weeks, transitioning afterwards to the candidate's local timezone.
Remote workers must use a personal device that is either a Chromebook, a Mac running macOS 11.0 or later, or a Windows 10 system that is up to date.
Reliable smartphone access is mandatory, and U.S.-based candidates must live outside of Wyoming and Illinois.

Compensation & Benefits
Mercor provides a competitive pay structure ranging from $90,000 to $200,000 annually for U.S.-based professionals. This range is dependent on experience and geographic location. For those located outside of the U.S., tailored pay estimates will be provided. Benefit packages vary by country and may include comprehensive medical coverage based on the applicable location of the employee.
