The position available is that of Principal DevOps Engineer at the Reserve Bank of Australia (RBA). Candidates applying for the Principal DevOps Engineer role should possess:
Experience: At least 10 years in IT infrastructure, with a minimum of 4 years hands-on experience in IaC and CI/CD practices in a principal or lead capacity.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Azure DevOps Services, Terraform Cloud, and preferably Puppet Enterprise is essential for this role.
Communication: Outstanding written and verbal communication skills are necessary, as you will be expected to provide insights to peers, vendors, and senior leadership.
Teamwork: Experience in developing and maintaining relationships with internal customers and stakeholders.
Methodologies: Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps principles is required.
