Develop instructional material on engineering methods to promote consistent technical excellence within the team.
Work alongside the Engineering Delivery Team, which encompasses varied levels of Suitably Qualified and Experienced Personnel (SQEP), focusing on developing technical solutions. You will also nurture the professional growth of team members.
To be eligible for this role, the following qualifications and skills are necessary:
Essential Skills:
Degree qualification in an engineering discipline.
Experience in a regulated industry such as Defence, Oil and Gas, or Nuclear.
Professional knowledge and experience in C&I design throughout the entire lifecycle.
Stakeholder management and strong communication skills.
Well-developed experience in full lifecycle requirements management.
