• Assessing design compliance to its requirements and mitigating design risks whenever feasible.
• Developing guidance and instruction on engineering methods and processes to ensure consistent technical excellence.
• Collaborating with the Engineering Delivery Team to develop technical solutions and nurture the development of team members.

Required Skills and Experience

The position requires the following skills and qualifications:

Essential Skills

• Degree in Engineering discipline.
• Experience in regulated industries such as Defence, Oil and Gas, or Nuclear.
• Professional knowledge of C&I design across the entire lifecycle.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Developed experience in full lifecycle requirements management.

Desirable Skills

• Experience in Supplier Requirements management.
