• Engineering Collaboration: Ensuring that design ideas are feasible and closely aligned with implementation by collaborating with engineers and product team members.
• Expertise Sharing: Opportunities for coaching and mentoring other designers, along with sharing best practices with the broader design community.

Required Skills

To succeed in this role, candidates should have:

• Proven experience in UX, UI, and Motion design at a senior level
• A strong portfolio demonstrating a wide range of skills, particularly showcasing a focus on UI and Motion design
• Excellent communication skills, facilitating effective critiques and design discussions, articulating design rationale clearly
• Experience across the complete product development cycle, from initial vision and discovery to detailed execution

Salary and Compensation
