In this role, the Principal Product Designer will:

Manage smaller projects alongside larger initiatives that significantly enhance the product.
Engage with executive stakeholders in engineering, marketing, and product teams to align on strategic objectives.
Continuously improve the product development workflow in tandem with cross-functional partners.
To qualify for this position, applicants should have:
At least 7 years of experience in Product Design.
2 years of experience working at a venture-funded startup within the last four years.
A strong background in developing direct-to-consumer products.
Experience in adaptive and iterative design environments.
The ability to discern when it's necessary to employ the design process in-depth versus when to expedite it.
A portfolio showcasing a history of high-quality work that emphasizes interaction details, visual design, and content strategy.
Proven experience leading projects from initial discovery all the way through engineering implementation and performance measurement.
A willingness to attend in-person meetings at the San Francisco office once a week if based locally to the Bay Area.
The national salary range for this full-time role is between $126,000 and $224,000 depending on location, role, level, and individual experience.
