In this role, you will:
Own retention strategies for a product that influences millions of users, ensuring a seamless experience as they engage with the app.
Collaborate with a diverse group of professionals including product managers, engineers, data scientists, and designers to tackle real-world challenges and create essential features for the app.
Drive improvements in customer retention for the core insurance shopping product by focusing on aspects like carrier and payment integrations while utilizing automation technologies.
