Define and document clear positioning, core messages, and value propositions that can be repurposed throughout various departments including marketing, sales, and customer communications.
Support the planning and execution of upcoming feature launches. This encompasses crafting launch messaging, internal enablement, and customer-facing communications.
Refresh and enhance sales enablement assets such as presentations, one-pagers, and FAQs to better facilitate pipeline progression and conversion rates.
The responsibilities associated with this role involve a close partnership with the Head of Marketing to shape product positioning and value propositions. Some of the key tasks include:
Translating complex product capabilities into clear, customer-facing narratives.
Ensuring messaging consistency across various departments, including marketing, sales, and customer success.
Leading go-to-market planning for product launches and other significant initiatives.
Owning sales enablement messaging and materials, such as pitch decks and one-pagers.
Providing valuable market, customer, and competitive insights to inform go-to-market strategies and demand generation programs.
The candidate must possess at least 3 years of experience working in product marketing or a closely related field, particularly within a SaaS environment. Specific skills and experiences required for this position include:
Demonstrated experience in supporting or leading end-to-end product or feature launches within a SaaS business, covering positioning, messaging, and internal enablement.
Proven ability to coordinate launch messaging across various teams and channels, ensuring each department's efforts are aligned for effective execution and user adoption.
A knack for understanding technical products and translating their functionalities into effective marketing language.
Comfort in working independently while still forming strong partnerships with senior marketing leadership.
The ability to communicate customer value effectively across different personas and stages.
