Student Placement Optimization: Contribute strategies aimed at optimizing clinic partnerships to maximize placements while addressing any challenges that arise.
Outreach & Communication Strategy: Develop and implement outreach strategies to promote participating clinics to universities and enhance student placement opportunities.
University Relations Support & Educational Content: Build and maintain relationships with Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) programs, facilitating partnerships and delivering educational content to students.
Program Optimization & Metrics: Monitor key metrics related to clinic engagement and student placements while collaborating with internal teams to ensure alignment with broader organizational goals.
Applicants for the Student Programs Manager role must possess:
Education: A Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT), Occupational Therapy (OT), or Speech-Language Pathology (SLP) degree is required.
Experience: A minimum of 2-5 years of relevant experience, particularly as a Clinical Instructor or in student management roles within healthcare organizations. Direct experience as a Student Placement Coordinator is highly preferred.
Skills: Exceptional communication abilities, strong organizational skills, and familiarity with CRM tools like HubSpot, the Exxat platform, and Google Suite.
