Coordinating system integration testing (SIT), user acceptance testing (UAT), and regression testing, while also supporting client UAT cycles to ensure a seamless workflow.
Ensuring compliance with relevant healthcare regulations and industry standards, including HIPAA and CMS.
Tracking metrics on test execution, defect trends, and quality key performance indicators (KPIs), and providing updates to stakeholders.
Supporting automation initiatives through identifying suitable regression candidates and liaising with automation teams.
Participating in release planning, validation of production changes, and post-release defect analysis.
Candidates must demonstrate a comprehensive set of skills to meet the demands of this position:
A minimum of 8 years of experience in QA and testing, with at least 3–4 years in a QA Lead role.
Strong hands-on experience specifically with RxCLAIM, including claims processing, plan setup, pricing, benefits, accumulators, drug utilization review, and prior authorization.
Knowledge of the PBM and pharmacy domain concepts is essential.
Proficient use of test management and defect tracking tools such as ALM, Jira, and Zephyr.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Proven experience in leading teams and collaborating effectively with cross-functional stakeholders.
While not mandatory, the following qualifications would be beneficial:
Experience with test automation tools and frameworks.
Exposure to various PBM platforms including QNXT, Facets, and ICD.
Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
Possession of ISTQB or a similar QA certification.
