Creating insightful reports and effectively presenting findings to other teams within the organization.
Writing high-quality, production-level code and developing essential technologies including packages, data pipelines, and trading applications.
Collaborating with both trading and research and development (R&D) teams to enhance existing trading strategies.
Providing market microstructure expertise to members of both trading and R&D teams.
Managing relationships with external brokers and trading partners.
To qualify for this position, candidates should possess:
A minimum of 5 years of experience in a quantitative trading environment.
A bachelor’s degree in a scientific or quantitative discipline.
Proficiency in programming languages including Python, R, and SQL, with an aptitude for writing production-level code.
A solid understanding of basic statistics and the ability to apply valid statistical methods to analyze real-world data.
Comprehensive knowledge of market microstructure and a keen interest in understanding market dynamics.

The base salary range for the Quantitative Trading Strategist Lead position is between $200,000 to $300,000.
