  • Support new hire orientation sessions and onboarding activities.


  • Conduct exit interviews and share insights to enhance retention and engagement initiatives.

Qualifications

Potential candidates for the Recruiter position should possess the following qualifications:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, preferably within a tech or high-growth environment.

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

  • Demonstrated ability to source and engage candidates across various platforms.

  • Experience collaborating with hiring managers and influencing hiring decisions.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple requisitions.
