Responsibilities

In this role, the Recruiter will be responsible for:

• Developing and executing strategic recruitment plans to meet the hiring goals of different business units within Yokly.

• Proactively sourcing candidates through multiple channels, including job boards, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and talent databases to create a strong talent pipeline.

• Utilizing HR technology and automation tools to enhance the efficiency of hiring processes and tracking key performance metrics, including time-to-fill and candidate experience scores, to continuously optimize recruitment performance.

Interview & Selection Process

• Conducting behavioral and skills-based interviews to assess each candidate’s qualifications and alignment with Yokly’s values.

• Collaborating with hiring managers for a structured interview process, leading to data-driven hiring decisions.

• Facilitating pre-employment assessments and ensuring compliance with local labor laws and confidentiality.

Candidate Experience & Employer Branding

• Acting as a brand ambassador to promote Yokly’s company culture and values through various platforms.

• Providing timely and constructive feedback to candidates and developing inclusive job descriptions to enhance the diversity of the applicant pool.

Onboarding & Employee Engagement

• Working with HR and hiring managers to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new hires.

• Implementing strategies to enhance employee satisfaction and retention.

• Encouraging new employees to engage in Agapay Samaritans initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Candidates for the Recruiter position should have:

• A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.

• 1-3 years of experience in recruitment, ideally within the outsourcing or BPO sectors.

• Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment platforms such as LinkedIn, Kalibrr, or Indeed.

• Strong understanding of talent acquisition strategies, workforce planning, and best practices for diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI).

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a professional demeanor.

• The ability to analyze recruitment data for adjustments in hiring strategies.
