In this role, the Recruiter will be responsible for:
Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning
Proactively sourcing candidates through multiple channels, including job boards, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and talent databases to create a strong talent pipeline.
Utilizing HR technology and automation tools to enhance the efficiency of hiring processes and tracking key performance metrics, including time-to-fill and candidate experience scores, to continuously optimize recruitment performance.
Interview & Selection Process
Collaborating with hiring managers for a structured interview process, leading to data-driven hiring decisions.
Facilitating pre-employment assessments and ensuring compliance with local labor laws and confidentiality.
Candidate Experience & Employer Branding
Onboarding & Employee Engagement
Implementing strategies to enhance employee satisfaction and retention.
Encouraging new employees to engage in Agapay Samaritans initiatives.
Candidates for the Recruiter position should have:
1-3 years of experience in recruitment, ideally within the outsourcing or BPO sectors.
Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment platforms such as LinkedIn, Kalibrr, or Indeed.
Strong understanding of talent acquisition strategies, workforce planning, and best practices for diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI).
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a professional demeanor.
The ability to analyze recruitment data for adjustments in hiring strategies.
